This loser has a abominable green smiley cat lizard thing tattooed on their body which I am sure is a badge of honor for his/her. You could just picture the wearer in the photo at the tattoo studio describing what s/he wanted:

"Like, so, I'd like my tattoo to be oriental, and I'd like have this cat which I love incorporated too, like so, I'd like that in it too. That would be hot. And...I'm also into green lizards too. Oh yeah, and can you make it smile?"
